How I can help

Support that looks beneath the behavior.

Children do well when they can. Therapy helps us understand what is getting in the way—and build skills that work in everyday life.

ADHD & executive functioning

Practical support for attention, impulsivity, organization, and the big feelings that often come along for the ride.

Autism-affirming care

A strengths-based space where neurodivergent children can build skills without being asked to hide who they are.

Anxiety & emotional regulation

Helping children understand what their bodies and emotions are communicating—and what to do next.

School support

Guidance grounded in real school experience, including collaboration, 504 plans, IEPs, and school anxiety.

Anna Pepping, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi, I’m Anna.

A therapist who believes kids need connection before correction.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children and families in both school and outpatient settings. I work primarily with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, and school-related stress.

My style is warm, honest, playful, and practical. Therapy with me may include conversation, games, art, books, humor, movement, and plenty of curiosity about what is happening beneath the surface.

Your child’s behavior is communication

The behavior may be the loudest part of the moment, but it is rarely the whole story. Here is how to begin looking underneath it.

ADHD is not a motivation problem

A child can care deeply and still struggle to begin, remember, organize, or follow through. Support works better than shame.

Validate the feeling without changing the limit

Validation does not mean agreement. It tells a child: your feeling makes sense, and I can still hold the boundary.
